Welcome to Wellness & Fitness page at St. Paul’s Towers. My name is Esteban Sahade and I am the Wellness & Fitness Manager at St. Paul’s Towers. On this page you’ll find a variety of helpful information such schedule of exercise classes and lectures, presentations and brochures on health & wellness, and video links to wellness materials.
Our goal is to help you maintain as much function as possible for as long as possible. Although we can’t promise to prevent accidents, injury, or changes in condition that come along with aging. It is important to understand that falls and other accidents cannot always be prevented, but that the very BEST way to prevent them is to consistently participate in a Wellness & Fitness program at St. Paul’s Towers.
